CLASSIC FEE STRUCTURE
New Classic Team Fee Structure
For the 2011/2012 soccer year HCSA will be adjusting its classic team fee structure. HCSA has previously operated on a seasonal classic fees. Beginning with the 2011/2012 season HCSA will move to annual classic fees. This adjustment enables HCSA to align its fee structure with the majority of other clubs and helps HCSA promote the commitment to a classic team as an annual commitment.
Why do youth soccer clubs operate on annual fee structure?
Youth soccer clubs have moved to annual fee structures to align with US Youth Soccer Association’s rules and guidelines which dictate a player’s spot on a team roster is for one year, from July 1 thru June 31. Once a player commits to a team, players can not be released from team rosters to join another team without the team’s permission and teams may not release a player from their team without the player’s parent/guardian permission, until the tryout period for the following year.
Financial Assistance
It is the mission of HCSA to not allow financial circumstances be a prohibiting obstacle in a player’s opportunity to participate in classic soccer. HCSA has a limited amount of funds available as assistance towards annual classic player fees. For consideration for financial assistance please complete the Financial Assistance Application
and return it to the Office Manager by 6/1/11. Applications received after 6/1/11 will be considered as funds are available.
